Xyldia Thomas is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of hands-on clinical experience in ambulatory women’s health care. Mrs. Thomas consistently earns a high level of patient care and satisfaction listening to patient’s problems and concerns.

She specializes in the prevention, awareness, and evaluation of pelvic floor muscle problems, including urinary incontinence. Urinary leakage, especially after childbirth and during menopause, is common but not normal. By being pelvic aware and practicing simple helpful techniques, women can have the freedom to excercise, laugh, cough, sneeze or play with their children or grandchildren, often without fear of leakage.
